Welcome to my graphic work.

The Prehistoric Times Magazine Re-design
This project is a complete conceptual redesign of Prehistoric Times, a long-running paleontology and prehistoric culture magazine. The original publication is known for dense layouts, inconsistent typography, and outdated visual organization. The goal of this redesign was to modernize the magazine’s visual identity, strengthen readability, and establish an editorial aesthetic that matches the depth and excitement of its subject matter.
This redesign was completed for academic purposes as part of a publication design course.
All imagery and editorial text belong to their respective copyright owners.
02
Newspaper Editorial Design
As the Graphic Designer for three regional newspapers — the News Messenger, Radford News Journal, and Salem Times-Register — I design complete print editions on a weekly basis. My responsibilities include front-page composition, multi-page editorial layout, photo placement, information hierarchy, ad preparation, and preparing files for press.
Over nearly three years, I have produced hundreds of pages, developing a strong foundation in publication pacing, typographic consistency, and production workflows.

03
La Croix/Sea Shepherd
This project is a conceptual brand collaboration between LaCroix and Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, designed to raise awareness for shark conservation while expanding LaCroix’s presence through a limited-edition beverage line. The goal was to merge LaCroix’s playful, colorful brand language with a bold environmental message that feels modern, eye-catching, and emotionally compelling.
This multi-phase project includes research, brand development, illustration, packaging engineering, 3D mockups, dieline construction, and custom product photography.
04
Olive Garden Pasta Packaging
This project explores how Olive Garden could expand its brand presence into national grocery chains with a premium line of pasta packaging. The goal was to merge Italian cultural heritage with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic while creating packaging that stands out in a crowded retail environment.
This process book includes original illustrations, brand exploration, 3D modeling, dieline development, and both clinical and atmospheric product photography.

Beefsteak Charlie's
Beefsteak Charlie’s is a fictional restaurant rebrand created to modernize a classic steakhouse identity while preserving its rustic Americana roots. The visual system uses bold slab-serif typography, warm earth-toned colors, and a hand-drawn bull emblem to evoke the approachable, hearty character of a neighborhood steakhouse. The brand extends across stationery, packaging, merchandise, signage, and vehicle graphics to form a cohesive and welcoming identity experience.
