Hi, I'm Lingjie.
Paleontology
Another love of mine is science and the natural world. I currently volunteer at the Virginia Tech paleobiology prep lab. As one can see, paleontology is a field of science that I'm actively pursuing.
Education
I began my undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor before transferring to Radford University, where I completed my degree in Graphic Design (summa cum laude).
Martial Arts
Outside of design, I'm a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. Martial arts is another dimension of my life, and it aids me in all aspects of my existence. It has taught me focus, discipline, perseverance, and fortitude - values that carry into every design project I embark upon.
I've always been passionate about art and design. I'm also passionate about stories within the natural world, and work diligently to recreate these tales in compelling exhibits. My blend of science and art tries to create understanding among both practices.
